What is claimed is:
1. A process for the production of a pharmaceutical preparation, comprising spraying levothyroxine sodium and optionally liothyronine sodium, in suspended form in aqueousgelatin solution, onto a filler(s) in a fluidized bed granulation, admixing a disintegrant and lubricant and compressing the mixture to give tablets.
2. A process according to claim 1, wherein the filler is lactose, maize starch or microcrystalline cellulose.
3. The process according to claim 1, wherein The disintegrant used is croscarmellose sodium and the lubricant used is magnesium stearate.
